Service Description
• We explore your wheel of life and balance in all areas. You will identify clearly what area of your life you wish to work on based on your personal scoring. We discuss your life map, potential traumatic moments that may have cemented your current mindset and how we can drive you towards a narrative and perspective to LIVE the life you have always wanted. • We discuss how you can create a higher awareness towards solutions • We focus on your repeated behaviours and their unclear origins, and how they are connected to your emotions. • We explore the meaning you have attached to the events in your life that you feel have shaped your identity. • We look deeper into your defining moments and how we can change the narrative to better serve the outcome you are working towards. • We work on changing your interpretation of negative events. You decide what you want it to feel like instead. • At the end of each session, we do a 3x Future Pace, which gives you the opportunity to look into the future with all the work we’ve already done and the direction you want to take. We place you in a space where you can feel your future, allowing you to manifest it with greater ease and excitement. • We show you how to empower your self-talk. • You discover, through your own answers, how you may be affecting your results through your self-talk. • We focus on what you do want rather than what you don’t want — and this is a turning point. Because if I asked you right now what you do want… do you actually know? • We explore a minimum of eight areas of your life and clarify what you truly want in each. • We look at the plans you have set for your life and whether you are truly following through in relation to your goals. • We discuss the five principles of success and how you can apply them in your life. • We identify any areas where you may be self-sabotaging your own best efforts. • We focus on sustaining your new and improved behaviours — even if some areas are performing well while others are falling behind. • We examine your focus: is it truly negative or truly positive? Creating a mindset that supports the life you choose now. • Finally, we revisit the Wheel of Life from your first session and reflect on how far you’ve come. We look at the balance you’ve created and celebrate everything you’ve achieved by seeing your success on paper and how it has been playing out in your real life. Sessions via Zoom for privacy.
