Throughout our 4 sessions together we will explore the below at your speed. Please book your first chosen date with Kyly at checkout and then you can discuss your preferred timing for future bookings. • We explore your Wheel of life and balance in all areas. You will identify clearly what area of your life you wish to work on based on your personal scoring. We discuss your life map, potential traumatic moments that may have cemented your current mindset and how we can drive you towards a narrative and perspective to LIVE the life you have always wanted. • We discuss how you can create a higher awareness for solutions to your concerns, work out your recurring patterns, and if there are any self-sabotaging behaviours we need to address. • We work on your past, present and future outcomes. How your past thoughts may be holding you back, where your present moments can be held and work on how to better achieve your future outcomes that you have now worked out is where you would like your life to head towards. • Step by step, with my encouragement and at your speed we find momentum for you to break the cycles that no longer serve you and create safe opportunities for you to grow, develop and step into the version of you that you have always desired. • If you are happy with your progress and what you have achieved within these 4 sessions and are after a deeper level of transformation, please feel free to explore the Sessions add on that is available for you to achieve your optimum life outcome on the Services page “Take me all the way” 9 Sessions extra from Session 5 to 13.
